Kangana Ranaut Calls Herself The 'Highest Tax Paying Actress'; Reveals She Hasn't Paid Half Of Last Year's Tax Due To 'No Work'

Kangana Ranaut is one of the highest-paid actresses of Bollywood. With hardwork and talent, Kangana has successfully carved a niche for herself in the industry. The actress has been a part of many films and proved her versatility as an actor. The Queen actress is super active on Instagram. And in her latest Instagram story, Kangana claimed that she is the highest tax paying actress in India but has been unable to pay half of her last year's tax because of no work.
Taking to Instagram stories, Kangana shared, 'Even though I come under highest tax slab pay almost 45 percent of my income as tax, even though I am the highest tax paying actress but because of no work haven't paid half of my last year's tax yet, first time in my life.'
She added, 'I am late in paying tax but the government is charging me interest on that pending tax money, still I welcome this move.' The Panga actress ended her post by saying, 'Time could be tough for us individually but together we are tougher.' For the uninitiated, after spending quality time with her family in her hometown Manali, Kangana returned to Mumbai yesterday. She was clicked with her team at her Bandra office that was demolished by the BMC citing 'illegal structural violations'.
On the work front, Ranaut has interesting projects in the pipeline. She is awaiting the release of her film Thalaivi that was postponed amid surging COVID-19 cases in india. Other than that, she has Tejas, Dhakkad and a film on Indira Gandhi in her kitty. Fans are eagerly looking forward to her upcoming projects.
